ATTENDANCE RATES FOR MEETEX 2022 EXHIBITORS
Due to high demand for online meetings, the only remaining option for exhibiting and promotion of your company on MEETEX 2022 is by a promotion video, webinar or sponsorship.
OPTIONS FOR ATTENDING MEETEX 2022 FOR YOUR DESTINATION, VENUE OR ORGANISATION:

Promotional Video streaming of prerecorded video up to 5 min length -3.000 Kn + PDV

Streamed Video Presentation up to 15 minutes (promo video + prerecorded presentation) - 5.000 Kn + PDV

Streamed Webinar up to 30 minutes (promo video + ppt + live presentation + live interaction) - 10.000 Kn + PDV

Sponsorship options - personalization of any part of MEETEX 2022 online meetings part or personalized hosting of live Famtrips in May, fixed dinner table reservation or any other sponsorship arrangement - will be individually negotiated and agreed with MEETEX Team.

Please note that all submitted videos will be hosted on MEETEX TV section of MEETEX web page for the period of one year free of any extra charge!
All video streaming will be performed in time blocks between the meeting slots; if you prefer to have your videos streamed before the official day starts or finishes, you will be granted with 25% discount. NO regular discounts (HUPKT members, Early Bird, Loyalty) can be applied to options except for Sponsorship packages.
Just fill in the registration form, submit it, and you will receive a quotation. Please note that each exhibitor representative must complete the registration form. Registration is non-transferrable.
