Rates schedule:

• Super-Early Bird with 35% discount - for first 20 registrations and 30% deposits received until November 15, 2022 and full payment received by December 31, 2022 

• Early Bird with 25% discount - for further 25 registrations and 30% deposits received between November 16 until December 15, 2022 and full payment received by January 31, 2023.    

• Standard Rate - for all registrations and 30% deposits received between December 16, 2022 and February 1, 2023, and full payment received by February 28, 2023.

• Last Minute - for all registrations and 100% payments received between February 2 and March 1, 2023
