Rates schedule:

• Super-Early Bird with 30% discount on Standard Rate - for first 10 registrations and 30% deposits received until October 31, 2023 and full payment received by December 15, 2023 

• Early Bird with 20% discount on Standard Rate - for further 25 registrations and 30% deposits received between November 1 until December 15, 2023 and full payment received by January 15, 2024.    

• Standard Rate - for all registrations and 30% deposits received between December 16, 2023 and February 1, 2024, and full payment received by February 15, 2024.
