Rates schedule:

• Super-Early Bird with 30% discount on Standard Rate - for very limited number of registrations and 30% deposits received between October 8 and November 15, 2024, and the remaining payment received by December 15, 2024 

• Early Bird with 20% discount on Standard Rate - for further 25 registrations and 30% deposits received between November 15 and December 31, and the remaining payment by January 15, 2025.    

• Standard Rate - for all registrations and 30% deposits received between January 1, 2025 and March 1, 2025, and full payment received by March 15, 2025.

• Last Minute - for all registrations with 100% payments received between March 1 and March 15, 2025
