Special sponsorships are far too special to be explained here in full details. We elaborated the first part, and the second part will be agreed directly with you. Please note that the above mentioned prices do not include any technical preparation of any media material to be shown on any presentation platform (screens, posts, web, app etc) . The media should be prepared by Sponsors and handed over to MEETEX Production Team not later than March 1, 2024. If you need help or advice about preparation, please contact registration@meetex.eu 

All prices do not include VAT/PDV which will be charged at the rate valid at the moment of invoicing.

Please note that the sponsorship contracts should be signed and confirmed by end of December 2023. If you will take this opportunity, please do not forget to TICK THE APPROPRIATE BOXES REGARDING SPONSORSHIP in the Exhibitor's registration form. Each Sponsorship agreement will be regulated with a separate Sponsorship contract between Organizers and Sponsor.
