As preparations for MEETEX 2026 intensify, one of the key elements behind the scenes is the event’s digital infrastructure.

This year we are proud to be working with Meetmaps, whose powerful communication and event management platform supports the entire matchmaking and 1-on-1 meetings scheduling process.

The platform allows exhibitors, hosted buyers and participants to manage meetings, communicate efficiently and navigate the event programme with ease. It naturally includes push notifications, but also reminders about upcoming scheduled meetings.
