JUST ONE WEEKEND BEFORE MEETEX 2026

With just one weekend to go before the start of MEETEX 2026, preparations are entering their final phase.

Behind the scenes MEETEX team is finalising meeting schedules, preparing venues and coordinating the arrival of international participants who will soon be travelling to Zagreb.

In only a few days the Croatian capital will welcome professionals from across the global meetings industry, bringing together hosted buyers, exhibitors and partners for three days of focused conversations, new ideas and future collaborations.

There is always a special energy in the final days before an event begins — a mix of anticipation, excitement and careful preparation.

Very soon that energy will move from preparation to reality as the first guests arrive in Zagreb. Looking forward to MEETEX 2026!
