• Standard Exhibitor – PCO, DMC, Event Management Agency, Tourist Agency, Congress Centre, Hotel, Medium & Large Venue, Convention Bureau, Tourist Board etc.
• Service Providers and Special Venues – Catering, AV/IT technology provider, Merchandising and business gifts provider, Transport/transfer company, Printing company, Furniture company, Hostesses provider, Meeting Venues without accommodation and/or own F&B  etc.
• Exhibitors without meetings – primarily for smaller Tourist Boards, exceptionally for other entities. Without meeting table and without physical/personal presence at MEETEX, participating only with video screenings or other sponsorship activities

Rates schedule:

• Super-Early Bird with 30% discount on Standard Rate – for only 10 registrations received until August 31, 2026, on first come, first serve basis – with 30% deposits received immediately after your registration, and the remaining payment received by November 15, 2026
• Early Bird with 20% discount on Standard Rate – for further 20 registrations received between September 01 and October 31, 2026  – with 30% deposits received immediately after your registration, and the remaining payment received by December 15, 2026
• Standard Rate – for all registrations received between November 01, 2026 and January 31, 2027, with 30% deposits received immeditely after registration and full payment received by Jan 31¸ 2027.
• Last Minute – for all registrations with 100% payments received between February 01 and March 10, 2027
